Can I view the offices before renting?

Yes. We encourage all prospective clients to contact us to arrange a time to organise a viewing of the office suits.

Is there parking for staff and customers?

Yes, there is ample free on site parking allocated for use by the business hub tenants.

How long is the office rental period?

Due to the demand the minimum lease term is 6-12 months, with most clients leasing for 1-2 years. At the moment we are not accepting month to month leases.

Can I receive mail?

Yes, each office suite has an allocated mailbox on the street where they can receive mail. A mailbox key will be provided.

What sizes are the offices?

There are currently 14 office suites with varying sizes from 6m2 up to 45m2. Please enquire and we can provide the list of available office suites and sizes.

Are your offices furnished?

Offices can be supplied empty or with basic office furniture depending on the lease terms and requirements of the tenant.

What is included with my office rental?

The offices are supplied with wi-fi internet, electricity for general office use, air conditioning, onsite parking, private mailbox and use of all communal facilities. On request offices can be furnished.

How do I book the meeting room?

The meeting room will seat up to 12 people and is available for all clients to use. It can be reserved using the booking form at the reception desk.

What hours can I access the offices?

Access to the Bayside Business Hub is 24/7. Your office is private and lockable, so only you or your staff can access it.

Can I upgrade to a larger office?

Yes, we allow clients to upgrade to larger offices based on availability.

Can I regsiter the office as my business address on Google?

Yes, clients are able to list their business on Google Business for the duration of their lease.

What payment methods do you accept?

Each month you will be issued an invoice which can be paid by EFT.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes, a security deposit of 1-2 months rent is required.

Can clients visit my office?

Yes. Clients and customers of tenants can visit the offices and are welcome to use the client waiting area and attend meetings in the board room.
